Lens & Lattice Atelier provides professional photography and visual arts services including, but not limited to: Corporate Photography, Event Coverage, Product Photography, Fashion Lookbook Shoots, Architectural Photography, Portraiture, Image Retouching, Videography for Marketing, Drone Photography, and Creative Direction for Visual Campaigns. Specific details for each service, including deliverables and pricing, will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

3. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content created by Lens & Lattice Atelier, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and graphic designs, remains the intellectual property of Lens & Lattice Atelier unless otherwise stipulated in a separate written agreement. Clients are granted specific usage licenses for the delivered content as agreed upon. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content is strictly prohibited.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information as required for service execution.
  • Fulfill payment obligations as per the agreed-upon terms.
  • Ensure necessary access, permissions, and preparations are made for on-location shoots (e.g., permits, clear spaces, models).
  • Communicate any specific requirements or concerns in a timely manner.

5. Payment and Billing

Payment terms will be detailed in the project proposal or service agreement. A deposit may be required to commence work, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as per milestones. All invoices are due within the specified period. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lens & Lattice Atelier will exercise reasonable care and skill in performing our services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of our services or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
